Pork Chops with Apples and Cranberry Stuffing
December is such a busy time of year with everyone running in different directions. There are so many things to do and places to go - friends to see, church events, Christmas Pageant rehearsals, office parties, decorating the house, visiting relatives; and don't forget all of the Christmas shopping!
After a long day of running around, it's nice to come home knowing dinner is ready to serve. The recipe I chose to share with you this month is another tried-and-true crockpot recipe - Pork Chops with Apples and Cranberry Stuffing.
We visited my mom recently, and she served the dish for dinner. It was both delicious and beautiful to look at. Imagine my surprise when she said that it was a crockpot dish!
This dish is 'company worthy', easy to fix and just the type of recipe to cook on a cold day. I prepared it this morning in less than 10 minutes, and I'm really looking forward to walking into my house this evening, smelling the delicious aromas that will be coming from my kitchen. My husband is anxious too - When I told him what I would be making for dinner, he said that he hoped his day went quickly!
Merry Christmas
