Behavior Guidelines
- Eating, drinking, and use of tobacco are not permitted inside the library.
- Any activity or behavior that hinders the use of the library, is disruptive, or jeopardizes the safety of patrons or employees, inside or outside, is prohibited.
- Disruptive behavior may include, but not be limited to:
- Running
- Physical assault of patrons or staff.
- Talking above acceptable noise level.
- Carrying or possessing a weapon. View the Concealed Carry Law Policy
- Abuse or destruction of library furniture or property.
- Use of abusive or profane language directed at patrons or staff.
- Appropriate clothing must be worn in the library at all time (shirts, footwear, etc.)
- Pets are not permitted inside the library, except animals used by the seeing and hearing impaired.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children in the library. View the Unattended Children Policy
