This tutorial, designed by internet trainers from the Clermont County Public Library, provides a basic introduction to the internet and answers the following questions: What is the internet? What is a browser? How do I evaluate a site?

Teach Yourself…the Internet
Three interactive research exercises are the highlight of this site sponsored by the College Library, UCLA. "Who Dunnit?" is an interactive exercise that challenges you to correctly identify the source or sponsor of a Web site. "Hoax? Scholarly Research? Personal Opinion?" is an exercise in which you evaluate real Web sites. (Some sites may contain content inappropriate for young students).
