    • Special Needs Services: Includes adaptive technology available in our branches as all items in our collection designed with special needs such as hearing impairment and vision limitations in mind.
    • Job Search Info: Resources for searching for a job, writing a resume, and interviewing.
    • Computers: Internet access, including wifi and adaptive technology.
    • Credit card payments: The Amelia, Milford-Miami Twp., and Union Twp. branches now accept credit cards. Use your card to pay fines, fees, or even make a donation to the library. To use your credit card, we ask that you be present at the time of the transaction, have your photo ID with you, and if you're using a debit card, allow us to run it as a credit card.
    • Clermont County Genealogical Society collection at the Batavia branch. This collection is available for use only in the branch.
    • Community Bulletin Boards - View Bulletin Board policy.
    • Golden Buckeye Card applications: All Ohioans age 60 or better, as well as adults age 18-59 who have disabilities as defined by Social Security, are eligible for a free Golden Buckeye Card.
    • Tax forms and resources: Individual Federal, State of Ohio, and local tax forms are available for free distribution at all CCPL branches while supplies last. Many tax forms are also available for photocopying at 10 cents per copy.
    • Voter registration: Stop into a branch to fill out and submit your voter registration form. Or check out Ohio's Voter Services site.
    • HEAP applications are available at all branches.
    • Questions answered by email: Submit your question and receive an answer within 24 hours.
    • State of Ohio government documents repository at the Goshen branch.
    • Coin-operated copiers are available at all branches.
