Too Nice Outside to be Open

Normally, we would be open, but today we are closed. Nope, it is not snowing, which sometimes may shut us down. Its just too nice outside to be open. We at the library have decided that today is a good day to sit outside and read. Plus, we really need to work on our tans, because we have been stuck inside the library every day this summer and forgot about the sun. The stale recycled air that we breathe has made us long for the fresh, outside air of this cool refreshing day. All those books that we’ve checked out and wanted to read are going to be read, as we sit on a park bench or just beneath a tree. That’s right, we want to be outside on a day like today. Yesterday we were open because the heat index was too high. But today, we are closed. By golly, we are going to enjoy at least one day this summer, and today is that day. So don’t even think about coming to the library, because the doors will be locked, we will not let you in, you…..are…..on…..your….own.
