Let’s face it…now that the holidays are behind us, we are steering straight into the doldrums of winter. Cabin fever has broken out and is general throughout the populace. If you aren’t hibernating, you probably are fighting the urge to sleep for a few months. And if you are considering going outside, good luck keeping the wolves at bay (I hope you packed a flaming torch to wield at them). What’s a poor hapless chap or chapette like yourself to do when faced with either ennui or the elements ?
Once again, your friends at the Clermont County Public Library are hard at work for the remedy. With that in mind, join us for an evening of games at the Amelia Branch on January 23 from 6 to 8 in the post meridian (what the hip cats today call “pm”). We’ll be playing Ticket to Ride, Apples to Apples, Bananagrams, and the perennial favourite, Euchre. And if the prospect of annihilating your opponents isn’t enough to entice you, there will be snacks expertly paired by our adult reference staff to round out the experience. Reserve your spot today online, by phone, or in person! Be there and be square!

Until then, we’ll see you then!
