a song by myra vaughn: invisible
Never gonna leave your side. No need to cry, so wipe your eyes. I am here through the thick and thin.Never gonna break your delicate heart that is like glass. I will fix the broken pieceslike a torn picture. Baby i can be all you have been missing but all you do is become blind. You become like a voodo doll, your used to fellin pain but i could be the to rescue you from being a recoreded cd. You get hurt all over again but baby you are a beautiful maserpiece like an srt piece. But baby boo open your eyes and you will see your frowns transfer into a smil. Beautiful is what you are and you deserve so much better. I will never treat you like crap. You may be used to all those lies but i swear i will treat you the way you deserve. Like no other girl has, this is my promise. I will never let you go.
Baby am i i just invisble to you? Cant you se how much i care about you? I am a ghost to you, baby oh baby i am duing slowly like a cancer victim because i am just invisible to you right now. Baby will you open your eyes, open your heart beautiful.
If i could, i would fly to your heart and tell you how i fell. If i could, i would jump into your mind and tell you sweet words that play in your mind like a cd. If i could. i would whisper into your ear and say how i like you for who you are. Don’t need to change. If i could, i would let you know i am a realy women, never gonna tell a lie. If i could hold your hand, i would hold you hand, i would let you how much i miss you. If i could i would melt your pain away, the way a candle melts. If i could, i would grab the stars in the sky and make itspell ” you are so beautiful”. if i could, i wouldmake a symphany for you, just to let you know you mean a lot to me. If i could, i would wrpa my arms around you and tell youu what you have aways been missing. If i could , i would do all theses things, but right now it isn’t the right thime to express. Carry me away, carry me away to a better place Carry me away, carry me away before i get lost again
A girft is your smile your eyes are very starts of my nights, i lost my breathe everytime i hold you tight. loving you its eternity, darling, i will always love you forever more

    The flower

The flower outside is so tall
yes the flower it looks like it as big as a tower.

    the green grass high
    it reaches the sky
    it itches my legs
    but what does that matter.

    The sky so blue
    you’ll dream about it too.

    The sun so yellow
    Yes he’s a generous fellow
and he makes you roast like a

But everyday I look at that flower
and imagene that I’m in a tower.

Every person around here is the same. Everyone’s got somewhere to be with no room left for me.
Im to blame. I let the misery and humiliation consume me. You’re like a bitter sweet pill chased with blood and my own misery.
It’s so hard to find someone who cares about you. It’s too easy to give your love: only to watch them ravage your soul. Leaving it demolished.
Why is it that you can change for them only to accused of obsession, when you need them the most.
Why can’t I find one person who can keep a promise, ” I’ll never hurt you , I love you.”
I got myself to blame.I fell for you. I gave you my body, mind and soul shamelessly time and time again. Only to wish you still wanted it.
I will love you regardless, even if you left me damaged.

    Moray Eels
Moray eels are warm water creatures. they are found mostly in the tropical and subtropical coastal waters of the Indian, Pacific, and the Atlantic Ocean.Long and slender, morays look more like underwater snakes. The morays body is squeezed inward on both sides, making the body oval rather than round. Octopus is a favorite moray meal but catching the octopus is the challenge. In the wild, morays ( especially the larger species) usually reach 10 to 20 years of age. Though they prefer to be alone morays can comfortably share lairs after they become adults. Newly hatched morays swim with plankton, which also provides a food source. Some blue ribbon eels change from male to females. This helps balance the eels population.

Manatees have only one kind of tooth- the molar is a large back tooth for grinding food. Manatees take in a lot of sand and other grit along with all the plants they eat. This causes their teeth to wear down. When their teeth wear down to much they fall out. New molars grow at the back of the mouth. These new molars move forward to replace the old ones. That’s why they’re called “marching molars”. Manatees use their flippers to steer through water and to grip things just like humans use their arms. Manatees even have tiny fingernails. Some Plants and animals make their home on the back of a manatee. Manatees are often referred to as “sea cows”. A group of them is called a herd. Males are called bulls, females are cows, and babies are called calves. In the US, Florida is the best place to find manatees, in ocean waters as well as island rivers and wetlands, such as the Everglades. Sea Creatures with Many Arms
A chambered nautilus may have as many as 90 arms. The cuttlefish shoots out its two tentacles. The octopus has hundreds of suckers on each of its arms to help it crawl over rocks and grab onto food. The octopuses mantle covers its organs. octopuses are, perhaps, the smartest of all cephalopods. Cuttlefish uses its fins to swim or float in the water. Zebralike stripes decorate its mantle, and spots covers its belly. The squid is the fastest of all cephalopods. It can travel 3 to 4 miles an hour for short spurts. During this time, its fins help the squid to turn quickly. The cuttlefish spends most of its time floating in the water with its arms hanging down. The moray eel likes to eat octopuses. To keep enemies from spotting it, a common octopus squirts ink into the water and then zips away to safety. To confuse its predators, these squid light up-there are even lights around their eyes. Tiny lights on the squid covers its body- including fins. The male cuttlefish may turn pale yellow when its ready to mate.

    Sea Turtles
Many baby sea turtles die before they get to sea because of predators. A young sea turtle will live at sea for the next few years. If she survives to become an adult, she will one day return to the beach where she was hatched. The head and flippers are protected by tough scales. Sea turtles don’t have teeth instead they have a sharp beak. A sleeping sea turtle can hold its breath for one hour. Green sea turtles sometimes come ashore to warm themselves in the sun. Sea turtles are one of the most ancient reptiles on earth. The turtles shell has two main parts, the carapace(top of shell) and the plastron(bottom of shell). Both parts are connected, that makes a shell.Sea turtles use their front flippers like wings, so they can fly through the water. Some land turtles have lived more than 150 years.sea turtles live to be 60 to 80.

    Sea Turtles
by Mary Jo Rhodes and David Hall

Sea turtles hatch out of eggs that are burrowed in the sand by their mother. Many baby sea turtles die before they hit the water. They are eaten by saebirds, crabs, and other animals. Only one in a thousand will survive and reach full adulthood. After surviving in the ocean for a few years, the tutle will resurface and lay her own eggs. Sea turltes are reptiles, but they also have some differences from the other reptiles such as no teeth. A sea turtle has lungs to breath just like everyother reptile, and needs to come up for air every ten to fifteen minutes, but when sleeping can hold its breath for up to an hour. Many sea turtles are in danger. Centuires ago there were tens of millions of turtles in the ocean, and now there are only a few thousand.

Dolphins-When zoologists X-ray a dolphins front flipper, they see bones that look like hands. When they X-ray the dolphins tail, they see bones that look a bit like legs. there is 33 different types of species of dolphins. Dolphin babies have whiskers when they’re born but lose them after birth. Ocean dolphins can swim at a speed of 15 miles per hour. Some have been recorded to swim 30 miles per hour. Dolphins move fastest when they leap out of the water and plunge back in a shallow dive. This shallow diving is called porpoising. When they want to dive deeply, some dolphins can go over 1,000 feet deep. When they jump out of the water, they can leap as high as 16 feet in the air. Dolphins breathe through a hole on the top of their heads called a blowhole. The blowhole acts as a nose. Air can rush out of the blowhole at 100 miles per hour. Dolphins can be over 30 feet long. Sound waves are sent through the nasal sacs behind the melon into the water. Some different kinds of dolphins are the killer whale, Amazon river dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, and the spinner dolphin. Dolphins live together in groups called pods or herds. Baby dolphins learn to swim 30 minutes after the born. Baby dolphins are around 3 feet long and weigh 25-50 pounds when their born.

They use gills to breath, and have poor eyesight. The two tubes that extend from the moray’s snout help the moray smell its prey. Morays are nocturanl which means they sleep during the day and come out at night. All morays are carnivores, which means they eat the flesh of other animals. Their mortal enimies are octopuses. Some people like to eat morays, but it is dangerous. Their flesh can cause a type of food poisoning called ciguatera poisoning.

Sharks are fish without scales. They do not have bones, they have cartilage- the same stuff that our nose and ears are made out of. Whale sharks are the world’s largest fish, but they are slow moving giants that strain food in their gills. Whale sharks have wide, flattened heads. They are think-bodied sharks that swim near the water surface. Whale sharks prefer warm water. Because eyesight is not important to a whale shark, their eyes are small. Whale sharks are a little threat to humans, they don’t have to worry about the shark attacking them, but they do have to worry about the shark hitting them with their tail.

Most crabs are marine animals.Crabs fight with pincher and eat mostly dead plants and animals. There are five thousand different kinds of crabs, including decorator crabs.

In the ocean there are three different zones; the sunlit zone, the twilight zone, and the midnight zone. From outer space Earth looks blue because it is mostly made up of water. A fish has gills and scalls. Jellyfish are 95% water and will evaporate in the sun. Dolphins are small thoothed whales. They use a type of comunication called eco location. Coral reefs are home to many different types of sea creatures.

    Between the Tides
The blue mussel closes its shell tightly when the sea retreats. Within the shell is a little water. It’s not much, but it’s enough for the mussel to get oxygen from until the sea returns.
Out of the water, the nudibranch looks like a bit of unappetizing goo. Under water, this amazing little creature reveals its exotic looks, including two sense organs called rhinophores, and a tuft of gills.
The sea anemone pulls its tentacles inside when the tide goes out. It has enough water inside its blobby body to stay alive until the sea returns.
The crab can move quickly, sometimes fast enough to catch up with the retreating tide. It will come back when the sea returns.

    Snails, Clams, and Their Relatives

Mollusks are a group of invertrbrate animals, that means they don’t have a backbone. Some of the general features of mollusks are: a soft body, a mantle which is a section of skin that often grows a shell, and a strogle muscle under their body so they can move. The three types of mollusks include chitons, bivalves, and cephalopods. Octopuses happen to be cephalopods. Mollusks mostly live in the water, but there are also a lot that live on land too. Even the ones that live on land need some form of moisture. Mollusks are moslty blind but can sense light. They use other senses like touch and sound. Mollusks eat plankton and dead fish.

    Between the Tide(PART 2)
The periwinkle snail clings to rocks and seaweed with strong, muscular foot. When the tide goes out, it hunkers down to trap water inside its shell. If it gets pulled off, the periwinkle withdraws, closing its shell tight with a special door called an operculum.
The sea worm hides among a mat of mussels, staying wet and out of sight, until the sea returns.
The sea star walks with a water-powered system of tube feet. It cannot move unless it’s in water, so it has to make sure it’s not caught high and dry. It lives in a deep spot called a tide pool, which the retreating tide leaves full of water.
The young lobster swims backward with strokes of it’s tail, and hides under rocksto stay wet.

Every day, twice a day, the tide comes in and goes out. Blue mussels close their shell tightly when the sea retreats. Out of the water, the nudibranch looks like nasty goo, but under water, it opens up and is very beautiful. A sea anemone pulls its tentacles inside when the tide goes out. A Place For Frogs
    by Melissa Stewart

Frogs make our world a better place. As a frog grows, it goes through stages. First, they start out as eggs, then they change into tadpoles, then they grow legs but still have a tail, and then they finally lose the tail and lok like what we all now as frogs. When people start spraying dangersous chemicals it makes it hard for frogs to live. Some tadpoles that are harmed by chemicals farmers use to make crops bigger and stronger. Some frogs lay their eggs i shallow ponds, the eggs can be damaged by too much sunlight. Some tadpoles have trouble surviving when people add fish to lakes and ponds. Many frogs are dying from terrible disease caused by fungus. Frogs have lived on Earth for about 200 million years, and will continue to if we can find a way to make their life better.

    Saving Water
    by Sharon Dalgleish

We are connected tp everything in our world. We are connected in every way; what we eat, what we drink, and so on. The number of people on our planet is doubling every 40 years. Our water is getting contaminated more and more by the harsh chemicals people use and the waste we dump in the ocean every day. Soon, we won’t have enough clean drinking water. We need to conserve water as much as possible.

The ocean is a vast and diverse place. Once we thought that is was an endless resource, but today it is clear that the world’s oceans are in trouble. Over fishing, popullating, loss of habitat, and climate change have all contributed to this. There is a large diversity to sea life. Plastic kills up to 1 million seabirds every year. I watched a movie called Back to the Future. I have never seen this movie before but my mother told me it was really good. So I sat down and watched the movie with my mom… and I LOVED IT!!!! Everything about this movie is perfect the story and the characters. The person who stole the show was the character George Mcfly played by Crispin Glover. You might recognize him from movies like Epic Movie, Hot Tub Time Machine, and Willard. But back to the story. So the story is based on a teenager named Marty who is friends with a scientist named Doc. Well Doc made a time machine that could go to the future past and present. But something went wrong and Doc was murdered by terrorist… lucky Marty was able to escape but he went back in time to 1955. I’m not going to spoil anything but all I can say is that your in for a fun time. 5/5

A couple days ago I went to go see Cyrus with my mother. Cyrus is about a man name John who is divorced and is kind of lazy person. John is played by John C. Riley(Step Brothers, Chicago, and Boogie Nights). So one day John meets a girl named Molly. Molly is played by Marisa Tomei(In the bedroom, My Cousin Vinny, and Wild Hogs). They start hanging out with each other and John starts falling in love with her. So one night after they had dinner Molly said she had to go home so John was very suspicious of were see was going. So he followed her all the way home. The next day he was looking around her house an adult popped out of nowhere greeting him, John found out that Molly had a son named Cyrus. Cyrus is played by Jonah Hill(Superbad, Funny People, and Get Him to the Greek). So as the film goes on you start to learn that Cyrus is kind of a crazy person. Pretty soon John is hanging out with Molly and Cyrus. Johns starts feeling that Cyrus hates him. His ex wife Jamie played by Catherine Keener(Hamlet 2, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and The Soloist) is getting married to Tim played by Matt Walsh(The Hangover, Elf, and Road Trip) John invites Molly to the wedding and Molly invites Cyrus. John confronts Cyrus saying that it was a big day for his ex-wife. At the wedding Cyrus see’s that John loves Molly. Later while John was in the bathroom Cyrus confronts him saying you cant marry my mother and John found out that Cyrus was drunk so they break out into a fight. Molly gets upset that John was fighting with her son they take some time apart. Cyrus is finding out that he is growing apart from his mom after what happened and he doesn’t like it. John in the meantime is living in a one bedroom apartment. One day out of nowhere Cyrus shows up to Johns front door telling him get back with my mother John yells at him calling him means names. John steps outside to find Cyrus sitting on a step crying. They talk and he finds out that he just doesn’t want anyone else in his life. Cyrus asked John for a ride home and John agreed. The movie ends with Molly standing outside inviting John into her home. I would say to everyone see this movie it was a sad and sometimes funny movie. 4.5/5

This is a poem I wrote when I had a school assignment about the sunrise. Hope you enjoy!

    The sun is rising
The moon fading and stars ceasing to exist
Terrifying demons, chased away by the warming sky
    Nightmares ending
    Finding somewhere to hide
    To wait ‘till twilight comes
So they can once again bestow fear on sleeping men
    The sun is rising
Waking children rise from their beds
To watch its beauty unfurl above the towering mountains
And once again, reign over all the earth and its people
    The sun is rising
Feel its scorching heat and tremble
Dare to gape at the mighty blaze
Hear the roaring inferno and be afraid
    But do not be
For it gazes down in tender mercy
    Looking over all the nations
Protecting its people from the horrifying demons
And saving them from nightmares that haunt their dreams
    Do not be afraid
    Dawn is breaking
Bringing you another day to live your life

This is just a small token of gratitude for all of those who gave their life in the war.

    Who’s that heroic figure,
I see standing through the dust,
    Fighting for our freedom,
    Doing what he must,
    In order for our country,
    The proud U.S. of A.,
    To once more stand proud,
    To fight another day.

    Who’s that brave soldier,
I see fighting for the rights,
Of people he might never know,
    Just knowing that it’s right,
For everyone to have a chance,
To do as they see best,
    Always knowing, though equal,
He’s a cut above the rest.

    Who’s that fallen hero,
I see lying on the ground,
    Still, though near death,
    Refusing to lie around.

    Who’s that crying mother,
    Remembering her son,
The way he laughed and loved,
    Before the war begun.

I guess what I am trying to say,
Is “Thank You” to you, from me,
    For fighting for our freedom,
    Cause freedom don’t come free.

One thing about the director John Hughes is that he understands teenagers and what they go through in high school. I say watch this movie it is my favorite John Hughes movie. 5/5
