Did you resolve to exercise more this year? Raise the Barre with us! Enjoy an introductory Barre fitness workout at the Williamsburg Branch Library. This is a 60-minute fat burning, ballet-inspired class. You’ll focus on strengthening, lifting and toning your core and all major muscle groups.
Barre workouts incorporate pilates, yoga and core work while using hand weights and a mat. If you own a 2 to 3 pound hand weight and a mat, please bring them with you. A limited number will be available.
