Explore chair yoga during classes at the Batavia Branch Library. These gentle sessions are given by instructors from East Cincy Yoga and are designed with modifications that make movements effective yet comfortable for any age or body size. Wear comfy clothing and bring a water bottle and an open mind. Be prepared to leave in a zen state of mind and a lifelong love of yoga.
