Stressed? Relax during a free yoga class. Join us for a gentle and slow-paced class at the Owensville Branch Library. This yoga is designed to restore the nervous system and release deeply held tension from the body and mind. Instructions are given throughout class as you gently stretch and strengthen the body. This class is appropriate for all levels even if you’ve never tried yoga. Attendees, age 16 and up, should sign up online to save a spot in class. For more information, call the library at 732-6084.
