Unattended Children Policy
The Clermont County Public Library does not accept responsibility for the health, safety, or welfare of any child left unattended on Library premises. At all times, while using the Library with a parent or legal guardian, children must remain under the care, custody, and control of their parent or legal guardian.
The Clermont County Public Library may contact Children’s Protective Services or local law enforcement agencies in the event an unattended minor child is perceived to be endangering themselves, or others, or is presenting any problems to the staff or to other Library guests.
We currently have an unexpected outage of our digital Cincinnati Enquirer/USA Today access. Staff are aware and working to resolve the issue. Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes. You can visit the Amelia, Batavia, Bethel, Miami Township, New Richmond, or Williamsburg branches to read a physical copy.
