What Is Hoopla?

Hoopla is a free digital service that CCPL uses to offer a variety of content to our cardholders. Think of it as your all-access pass to entertainment, available 24/7 from the comfort of your home. Through Hoopla, you can enjoy ebooks, audiobooks, comics, magazines, music, and videos—including movies and television shows.

The beauty of Hoopla is its simplicity and accessibility. There are no waitlists for digital content, no late fees if you forget to return something, and no guilt about keeping a title too long. Everything is automatically returned at the end of the borrowing period, so you never have to worry about accruing fines.

What Is a BingePass?

Here's where things get really exciting. A BingePass is a unique borrowing option on Hoopla that gives you seven full days of unlimited access to an entire content collection. Let that sink in for a moment—you're not just borrowing one movie with the Hallmark+ BingePass. You're borrowing access to the entire Hallmark+ library at once for seven days of unlimited viewing!

During those seven days, you can watch as many Hallmark movies and shows as your heart desires. Want to have a weekend marathon? Go for it! Planning a holiday movie night with friends? Perfect! This handy checklist is available as a downloadable PDF and includes information about new releases, fan favorites, and classic films that have been delighting audiences for years.

How to Set Up Your Hoopla Account

Ready to start watching? Setting up your Hoopla account is quick and easy. Here's everything you need to know to get started on your Hallmark+ holiday movie marathon.

Step One: Visit the Hoopla Website

First, visit hoopladigital.com and click the "Let's Go" button to begin the registration process. You'll be prompted to search for your library. Simply type "Clermont County Public Library" or search by your zip code to find CCPL in the system.

Step Two: Enter Your Library Information

You'll need your active library card number and PIN. Your library card number is printed on your card, and if you don't remember your PIN, you can easily reset it by visiting any CCPL location, calling us, or using the online PIN reset feature on our website. You'll also need to provide a valid email address that will be associated with your account. This email is important because it's how you'll log in to Hoopla and receive notifications about your borrowing activity.

Step Three: Create Your Account

Follow the prompts to create your username and password. Choose something you'll remember easily since you'll use these credentials to log in on all your devices. Once you've completed the registration, you'll immediately have access to all of Hoopla's content, including the Hallmark+ BingePass.

Step Four: Download the Mobile App

For the most convenient viewing experience, download the free Hoopla Digital mobile app. It's available from the Google Play Store for Android devices, the Apple App Store for iPhones and iPads, and the Amazon Appstore for Fire tablets. Search for "Hoopla Digital" to find and download the official app.

Once the app is installed on your device, open it and use your email address and password to log in. The app will remember your credentials, so you won't need to enter them every time you want to watch something.

Step Five: Find the Hallmark+ BingePass

After logging in, navigate to the BingePass section of Hoopla. You can usually find this in the main menu or by searching for "Hallmark" in the search bar. When you locate the Hallmark+ BingePass, simply click to borrow it. The BingePass will be active immediately, giving you seven days of unlimited access to all Hallmark+ content.

Step Six: Start Watching

That's it! You're ready to start your holiday movie marathon. Browse through the available titles, add favorites to your watchlist, and start streaming. You can watch on your phone, tablet, or computer—whatever works best for you.
